Why NVR cannot receive event information from camera?

There are some situations resulting in the failure of event information.

To solve this situation, please check your setting as below:

[Step 1] Please check whether motion detection is properly set up by IP camera

[Step 2] Please check whether motion detection is enabled by NVR.

Please go to cofiguration page > Recording & Event > Event & Action Management to check:

Please click “Apply” to execute all settings.


[Step 3] Others

Hardware limitation of camera may make the difficulty of sending the event information to NVR.
Please reset camera to default to solve this situation.
