With FW84, the DIGIEVER VMS-NVR Server AI Solution brings AI capabilities together across AI cameras and AI boxes, featuring two core AI applications: Real-time AI Event & Action Management and AI Search on Playback. The VMS-NVR Server AI Solution supports AI metadata and events from both AI cameras and AI boxes, providing flexible deployment options for different surveillance environments. AI Search quickly displays relevant results as snapshots with detailed metadata information, allowing users to identify critical moments and proceed directly to playback for post-event investigation, making video review more efficient.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Mobile or E-Mail

FW84 strengthens account protection with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), adding an extra layer of security beyond passwords.

With 2FA enabled, users receive a randomly generated one-time password (OTP) via mobile device or Email during login. This additional verification step helps protect VMS-NVR servers against unauthorized access and provides enterprises with greater confidence in system account security.

Log System Enhancement

In FW84, the Log System is further enhanced with keyword search, allowing administrators to quickly locate specific events and information. The maximum number of stored event log records increases from 10,000 to 60,000, while the total log capacity increases from 60,000 to 120,000 records, providing greater visibility into historical system activities and improving log management efficiency.

The DIGIEVER VMS-NVR Server provides a comprehensive log system with seven detailed log categories, including Hardware Log, System Log, Event Log, Current User, User History Log, File Access Log, and Edge Recording Log. The Log System also supports one-click export of complete log history in CSV or text format, enabling efficient troubleshooting, security review, and system maintenance.

Dashboard Enhancement

FW84 further enhances Dashboard capabilities with one-click quick downloads for all HDD S.M.A.R.T. health reports and camera settings. By bringing critical system information and diagnostic tools together in one place, the enhanced Dashboard helps administrators identify potential issues earlier, streamline system maintenance, and minimize downtime risks.

The DIGIEVER VMS-NVR Server Dashboard provides a centralized interface that consolidates seven key system metrics, Device Information, System Loading, Storage Volume, HDD Status, Hardware Status, Current User, and Camera List, into one clear overview. Real-time visual indicators help administrators quickly assess system status, while direct links provide quick access to detailed information on storage, HDDs, and camera connections, improving overall system visibility and operational efficiency.
