Why are there no cameras on Liveview of NVR-Client?

Symptom:

There are no cameras on Liveview of NVR-Client.

 

Solution:

Setting on Windows Defender Firewall

[Step 1] Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps

[Step 2] Tick the checkboxes of Private and Public of NVR-Client

[Step 3] Click OK

 

Setting on Internet Options

[Step 1] Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Internet Options

[Step 2] Choose Trusted sites

[Step 3] Click Sites

[Step 4] Key in NVR IP > Click Add (Add both //NVR IP & NVR IP)

E.g. //10.10.10.175 & 10.10.10.175

[Step 5] Click Close

[Step 6] Click OK
