1.   Make your USB device as a boot disk for Daul Recovery

1.1 Prepare USB devise more than 16G.

1.2 Download usbit (USB Image Tool) from

1.3 Download DualRecovery_main_0_0_2499.img (recovery file) from
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Xn0VCzDow6EqT_CqaP186yYO6Z5MQKh3/view?usp=sharing

1.4 Unzip the file of usbit (USB Image Tool).

1.5 Start USB Image Tool on the PC.

1.6 Select USB device and choose "Restore".

1.7 Select recovery image "recovery.img".

1.8 A pop-up message will remind you will start restore your USB device, select "yes".

1.9 The recovery file will be restored to the USB.

1.10 Boot disk for Daul Recovery is done.

 
2. Recovery your MN-2100 UHD

2.1 Download dual_rootfs.img (FW image) from:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/114fwlbM-05YohANznrollPAVlKinNd_K/view?usp=sharing

2.2 Copy dual_rootfs.img (FW image) to the USB device that contains hk file.

Note: Recovery firmware is 3.1.0.77-6

2.3 Connect MN-2100 UHD to a monitor with HDMI.

2.4 Insert the Recovery USB and keyboard at the USB ports at the back side of MN-2100 UHD.

2.5 Power on MN-2100 UHD and press "ESC" on the keyboard to enter BIOS. 

2.6 Press → to go to the menu of "Boot".

2.7 Press "Enter" and "Boot Option #1" will pop out.  Press ↓ to "Partition 2" and press "Enter".

2.8 Press → to go to the menu of "Save & Exit". 

2.9 Press "Enter" and "Save & Exit Setup" will pop out.  Press "Enter" and MN-2100 UHD will reboot itself to run recovery process. 

2.10 Recovery process will run automatically.  It takes about 5 minutes.  After the process is finished, MN-2100 UHD will shut down automatically. 

2.11 Remove the Recovery USB and power on MN-2100 UHD, user can boot MN-2100 UHD successfully.
