Why is there no image on Local Display in H.264 format for DS-2200 UHD+ & DS-4200 UHD+ Series?

DIGIEVER DS-2200 UHD+ and DS-4200 UHD+ Series support up to 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) for liveview and playback at local display in H.264 format. However, due to CPU specification of these NVR series, recording remains functional, but user may encounter "no image" on liveview and playback at local display.

This issue may occur if IP Camera's resolution exceeds either:

1. 3840 pixels in length, or

2. 2160 pixels in width

Solution:
1. Please change the Compression Format to H.265

2. Please change the IP Camera's resolution with length under 3840 pixels and width under 2180 pixels if you want to use H.264
