FAQ

Before executing NVR recovery, users need to make your USB device as a boot disk.

At PC

[Step 1] Delete the original "update.bin" file in the Normal Recovery USB.

[Step 2] Contact DIGIEVER or go to the Download Center of DIGIEVER's website to get the NVR firmware.

[Step 3] Copy the firmware to the Normal Recovery USB and rename it to "update.bin".

At NVR

[Step 1] Plug in the USB to the USB port in front of the NVR.

[Step 2] Press and hold the backup button, and then power on the NVR until the system LED and backup LED

start flashing green. Then, release the backup button.

[Step 3] NVR will start to recover automatically.

[Step 4] After recovery process finishes, NVR will shutdown automatically.

[Step 5] NVR will shutdown automatically.

[Step 6] Plug out the USB and turn on NVR, and user can boot the NVR successfully.
