FAQ

Symptom:

In web browser, user logs into NVR.

It briefly shows a white screen after logging in, but redirects back to the login page.

Solution:

1. Click the option in Red square

2. Click Cookies and site data

3. Click Cookies

4. Click the IP of your NVR

5. Click Remove

6. Click Done

7. Key in Username / Password of the NVR > Click   > Click Log in to log in the NVR
